“Many Rivers To Cross” London Coworking Assembly Breakfast Show October 2022

We’ve all heard about & talked about inclusion, diversity, accessibility and equity.

But how do we take these words from being tick boxes to a lived reality in our coworking spaces?

Join us as we explore what this means to our panellists and their thoughts on where it has gone right and where it has gone wrong.

And, even more importantly, what are the practical everyday steps we can all take to improve things?

October is the UK Black History month, which started in October 1987; October the 10thr is World Mental Health Day October the 18thr is World Menopause Day.

So we’ll discuss what we can all do better within these two vitally essential spaces.

This session will include real-life London stories from our educators and change makers panel.

As well as an interactive session where you can ask questions and share perspectives & ideas.

Even with all our collective work, we have many rivers to cross (hence the name of this event!).

So let’s put our heads & hearts together so we can travel further…together.

London Coworking Assembly began in 2014 and took its current form in the spring of 2018.

October the 4th is our thirty-second London Coworking Assembly monthly breakfast meet-up since 2018.

Many of our conversations centre around inclusion, diversity, accessibility and equity in the coworking industry.

We consider these essential ingredients for building a community and workplace, yet they are never discussed openly enough.
