There is surely no doubt that the pandemic has changed our working patterns forever. Surely we will never return to a 5-day per week commute to a Central London Office? There is lots of speculation about the future of work – talk of hub-and-spoke models, multi-modal working. Most commentators seem to be aligned on the fact that the future of work will be much more flexible. But what does this all mean for London’s workspace operators?
