London Coworking Assembly Breakfast Show – Who is your coworking space for?
For this month, Salto Systems and Urban MBA are our co-producers.
Many believe that coworking spaces are exclusively for digital folks, freelancers, start-ups, and nomads, but we all know it is far from the case.
Different communities have different needs, and coworking spaces have to become even more inclusive and provide better working environments.
On June 20th, we invited you to discuss “Who is your coworking space for?” – an open conversation on how and why creating different shared workspaces that allow other communities to thrive in the workplace is essential.
Our knowledgeable, fantastic panel includes:
Pauline Roussel, Co-founder of Coworkies: Co-author of “Around the world in 250 coworking spaces” – a remarkable coffee table book exploring the influence of collaboration, interior design, and community activities in shared environments.
Pauline has visited collaborative workspaces across 48 cities with an incentive to make coworking better for everyone. She educates people and companies on coworking and how it can work well.
Shazia Mustafa, Co-founder of Third Door, Coworking and Nursery.
Third Door started in 2010 and was the UK’s first coworking and flexible nursery hybrid business.
Shazia is passionate about helping working parents continue developing their careers and creating an equal future.
She helps parents across the UK who may suffer from discrimination at work and sits on the Mayor of London’s Workspaces Advisory Group.
Neil Usher, Chief Workplace and Change Strategist at GoSpace.
Neil is an internationally experienced and award-winning workplace creator and change leader of 30 years.
He has authored three books on change and the workplace and is a prolific blogger and regular conference speaker.
Neil has been part of the coworking movement since 2010, but he hasn’t visited as many spaces as Pauline.
